HOW OUR CAMPS WORK:

Camps are for ages 6-15, split into three groups: Kids (6-8), Teens (9+), and Animation (6+). Each group is in a separate room working on separate and age-appropriate projects.

Our camp day is from 9am-4pm with options for early drop-off (from 8am), late pick-up (until 5pm) or half day (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm). Campers must be registered in advance. Our camps fill up quickly and we advise signing up well in advance, particularly for our summer camps.x

How to register:

Register through the appropriate age group’s page (in the camp menu above). Our registration system cuts off 12 hours ahead of booking start time and prior registration and payment through our website is required.

While we welcome registrations and keep our enrollment open, please keep in mind we are a small business run by a small team of real people!

Discounts:

  • Register for any five days, use CAMP5 for $50 off. Register for any ten days, use CAMP10 for $160 off.

What to bring:

  • For full-day, bring a packed NUT-FREE lunch and a water bottle (with your name on it!)

  • Half-day campers do not stay for lunch but are welcome to bring a NUT-FREE snack and water bottle.

  • Dress for mess (we provide messy shirts, but no promises!). We use acrylic paints, which are incredibly difficult to wash out.

  • No need to bring art materials: we’ll supply everything

  • WHAT NOT TO BRING: toys/stuffed animals, anything super special to you, scooters/bikes (we just don’t have the room)

Animation camp:

Each student must bring an iPad or tablet with Stop Motion Animation PRO application ($5.99) downloaded and an appropriate charger for your device. Please download the app ahead of time so kiddos can get going. Each child needs their own device (siblings cannot share).

Rescheduling:

Our camps book weeks in advance and as a small business, we cannot offer any refunds. Need to reschedule a camp? Submit a rescheduling ticket at least 24 hours before camp start time ($25 fee) and we’ll book you for a new date. If you know you’ll be out of town or unavailable on certain dates, book single dates instead!

We do not reschedule, credit, or refund for sick days or no-shows. If you miss your enrolled camp day due to any reason, you are marked as a no-show & are not entitled to any rescheduling, credit, or refunds.

If a camp is canceled due to situations beyond our control, for example, severe restrictions by the government or further lockdowns, CWAS will not be issuing any refunds for any bookings.

OTHER:

Visiting:

No, parents / guardians are NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER or VISIT our studio during camp, including at drop-off or pick-up. Kindly wait outside at pick-up time and alert any caregivers you are sending to do the same.

Please resist the temptation to enter our studio during camp (we know art studios are fun!), but at this time we need to keep traffic to a minimum and keep our campers and staff safe. We thank you for your cooperation.

Is Creatively Wild nut-free?

Our studio is generally a NUT FREE environment, as we know many of our campers have issues with this, but while we do our best to encourage students not to bring nuts into our studio, it is not possible to entirely guarantee that other campers bring only nut-free products but we ask that you do not bring any.

We do advise including any allergies in your registration form and we do our best to keep any allergic children safe. Our staff are certified in Epi-pen use, so if your child needs to have an Epi-pen with them, please let us know.

Special requests?

Please let us know during registration any requests and we will make a note of it.

If your child has any behavioral or physical challenges or if there’s anything you think we should be aware of, please advise us on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our camps are open to all and are a safe and nonjudgemental place for children to be creative.
