Our Party Package includes the following:

A 2 hr party experience

One experienced teaching artist for every 5 attendees

All art supplies, paper goods, balloons, and party favors

At least one individually created masterpiece for each attendee to take home

We do NOT supply tables + chairs but the fee covers table cloths + drop cloths for floors if needed.Please let us know the size of your space so we can accommodate you.

We recommend planning your theme according to your space. You can make your selection at booking time. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please make sure you have enough space available for all your guests , along with tables and chairs that is appropriate for your party theme. For example if you are doing a Graffiti Party, you may need drop cloths to protect furniture even if your working outside. Art is messy!

If your using a communal area in your building please check with management as to what is allowed, for example for a Graffiti Party, you will need enough room for your guests to spread out and you will require drop cloths, as this can be a very messy experience but lots of fun!

Some spaces may not have power outlets, this may affect your party theme, We recommend that you check your party theme is suitable for your private location before booking.

If your party event is being held outdoors (on a rooftop or in your backyard), we recommend checking your Weather App before booking your event.

For all offsite parties (any location we travel to) there is a charge of $175, This is in addition to the party fee per guest + taxes.

We recommend booking an additional hour, otherwise set up time will eat into your 2 hour event time.

Creatively Wild Parties hosted is a private residence or other private location or communal areas, do NOT include food or drinks.

Extra travel charges may apply if your event is outside of Dumbo or Brooklyn area, please check with us first.

If you’re planning a Party in a private communal space + your group is larger than 25 guests, you may be required to apply for a permit or liability insurance.

Some private spaces may require permits or public liability insurance and/ or have specific Covid-19 safety restrictions. Please check with your location before booking with us.

Creatively Wild is not responsible for sourcing or financing any permits for private events, please check protocol and guidelines prior to booking with us.

Creatively Wild is a small business and we do our best to accommodate your requests.

Please note the following before making a booking:

Party themes cannot be changed after you pay your deposit. Please understand we prep for our parties weeks in advance.

For last minute add ons, party extras added within 7 days of your event will incur a 20% up charge to cover expedited shipping costs.

Pease note the following information:

All our staff artists and all assistant party staff are fully vaccinated but are NOT required to wear Masks

If you prefer our staff to wear a mask in your home or private space, please REQUEST this on your booking form.

We do NOT require party guests to wear masks in a private venue except in the below circumstances.

Masks are required ONLY in the following circumstances for all Offsite Private Parties held indoors or where there is limited outdoor proximity:

Students + staff, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a mask when returning to class on the sixth day after testing positive for COVID-19, through day 10 after symptom onset or date of positive test, whichever is earlier, or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

Students + staff, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a mask after they were exposed to someone with COVID-19, whether the exposure occurred in their own home or any other place. The person should wear a mask for 10 days after their last day of exposure and get tested at least 24 hours apart on day 4 and day 5 of their exposure, or when they are moderately to severely immunocompromised and masking is recommended by their healthcare provider.
