To hold your party date and time, we require a deposit payment. We regret we cannot hold spots without deposit payment

After you have received confirmation via email for your requested party date + time, please make your deposit payment. Select by guest numbers in the drop down menu below

The original number you book for at time of deposit payment is what you are charged.

We do NOT refund last minute drop outs or no shows, as we prep parties weeks in advance.

If you are unsure of your final number of guests, we suggest putting in a lower guest number at time of deposit payment.

Your balance payment is due one week prior to your event. At this time you are welcome to add further guests or extras. Once we receive your updates and/ or additions we will send you an updated invoice via email.

Total Payment must be received one week prior to your event.

Please keep in mind if you are adding a large amount of extra guests you must let us know asap, so we can accommodate extra party supplies.

If you decide to add more extras at this time, keep in mind we may not be able to honor all your requests if we do not receive adequate notice. Some extras like for example a customized cake requires at least two weeks advance notice to our baker. If you call us the night before we will not be able to add for you!

Party themes cannot be changed after deposit payment as parties are prepped weeks in advance.

Once we receive your deposit payment, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

More Info on our Parties

Pick-up + drop-off personnel for minor guests must remain outside the studio + NOT ENTER our studio during the event. Parents of the guest of honor are allowed to attend.

Masks are optional for all parties + events at our studio. Those who prefer to wear a face covering are encouraged to do so. *Therefore please do not assume that those wearing a mask are unvaccinated. If you prefer our staff to wear masks during the event please request this at time of booking

Students + staff, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a mask in the following cases:

Returning to CWAS on the sixth day after testing positive for COVID-19, through day 10 after symptom onset or date of positive test, whichever is earlier

Exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

Students + staff, regardless of vaccination status, are strongly recommended to wear a mask in the following cases:

When they were exposed to someone with COVID-19, whether the exposure occurred in the studio or outside the studio. The person should wear a mask for 10 days after their last day of exposure and get tested at least 24 hours apart on day 4 and day 5 of their exposure.

When they are moderately to severely immunocompromised and masking is recommended by their healthcare provider.

● NON ESSENTIAL ITEMS Please do not bring any non essential items to our studio like extra clothing, bags, toys, scooters or bicycles!

● We are a NUT FREE STUDIO If you bring additional drinks + snacks to the studio please make sure they are NUT FREE,
